The Religious collection, consistsing of icons from the 17th to the 20th century, includes a number of icons painted by Mykhailo Osinchuk, a few by Christine Dochwat, Petro Cholodny the elder and the younger, and Sviatoslav Hordynskyi. There are also 6 folk icons painted on the reverse of glass as well as 19th century hand crosses and candelabra (triitsi) carved by untrained peasant artisans. A number of priestly vestments are included in the collection, the most valuable of which, from the 18th century, were purchased at an auction in New York in 1970 and originally came from the Monastery of the Caves in Kyiv. There are also various church vessels such as chalices, baptismal basin and pitcher and various metal crosses.
